Meet the Ox Foundation Team

General Manager Alec values family, community, and has a strong work ethic. He and his wife Sara have been married for 10 years and have two beautiful children, Tucker and Hannah. Outside of work Alec enjoys spending time with family and friends!

Meet Foundation Specialist David whose been with Ox since January 2019. David is from Alexander City, AL.

Meet Patrick! Pat is a member of the Ox Foundation Solutions Foundation Specialists team.

Joe has been on the Ox production team for over 15 years as a field foreman, having also experience as Service Manager and in residential and commercial inspections. He has been with the company since its inception.

Joe has a 7 year old daughter named Skarlett and wife Ali with whom he’s been married since 2020. They enjoy motorcycle riding, boating, swimming, and playing with their boxer dog, Dolly.

Kris is a Project Manager with over 5 years tenure at Ox Foundation Solutions. He truly loves meeting and working with new people every day and helping them preserve and better their homes.

Kris has been married for 26 years with three beautiful children and loves being a family man. He loves all sports and most all recreation, particularly golf and Pickleball.

Meet Jeremy! Jeremy is a member of the Ox Foundation Solutions sales team.

Winn Sanders is a USMC veteran with 10 years of experience in home building, foundation work, and waterproofing. He enjoys spending time with his wife, two kids, and dogs—especially at the lake—and stays active with hunting and playing hockey. Known for his strong work ethic and hands-on expertise, Winn brings discipline and dedication to everything he does.

Chuck serves as a Project Manager specializing in foundation repair and waterproofing services, bringing over 10 years of hands-on experience to every project he oversees.

Born and raised in Birmingham and a graduate of Shades Valley High School, Chuck went on to play collegiate football, an experience that shaped his strong work ethic, leadership style, and team-first mindset. Those same principles guide his professional life today. He is an active member and council member of St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church, where his faith plays a central role in how he leads, serves others, and conducts business.

Outside of work, Chuck is a devoted husband and father of three and remains deeply invested in building up the Birmingham community he calls home. He is passionate about serving families with integrity and helping homeowners protect what matters most—their homes.

Frank has been in the foundation and waterproofing industry for 10 years from installing products to inspecting homes. He receives great joy with providing homeowners permanent repair plan solutions. Frank enjoys outdoor activities such as golf and water sport activities during his off time. His family is his number one motivator.

Mike is a 20-year veteran of the foundation and waterproofing industry and has worked for two of the top foundation companies in the state. Over the years, in addition to Alabama, he has inspected homes and commercial buildings in Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana. He got his start in residential construction over 45 years ago as a nail driver for a small local home builder, before moving into home remodeling. Eventually he began specializing exclusively in waterproofing and foundation damage repair consulting. In the early 2000’s Mike began co-hosting a home improvement talk radio program called “Housestuds” along side veteran DJ Dale Johnson. Housestuds would eventually be heard on over 20 radio stations in the South. In addition Mike has been a frequent contributor to many home improvement industry magazines such as: Asphalt Contractor, Remodeling, Lowe’s for Pros Magazine and others.

Mike is an avid boater, outdoorsman, cook and father of three. He resides in Helena with his wife Tracy, Stella their Golden Doodle, four chickens, and two ducks. One of which has a very bad attitude.

Desirea is the Customer Care Supervisor for Ox Foundation Solutions. Desirea's previous roles at Ox include working as a call center rep in April of 2023, followed by Scheduling Coordinator for production

Desirea met her husband in 2015 and since then moved to Calera where they share 2 beautiful daughters. Desirea’s favorite thing to do is watch Abbot Elementary and spend time with her family.

Erin has been with Ox for over a year. She was born and raised in central Alabama, where she now still lives with her husband. They got married in May of 2024 and together have 2 dogs and several cats.
In Erin's free time she enjoys painting, going to concerts and football games, reading, and watching the Office over and over again.

Rebecca began working at Ox Foundation Solutions on November 20, 2022, after retiring from 18 plus years as a Childcare Director and, prior to that, preschool teacher. She has been married to Project Manager David Hutto for 30 years with 3 children and 1 grandchild.  They spend as much time as possible gathering and eating.  Becca enjoys getting many cuddles from their granddaughter Merrin, listening to music, and diamond painting at night to relax.

Meet Phillip! Phillip is an Ox Foundation Solutions Poly Foreman, lifting concrete to its optimal position for homeowners across Alabama.

Sean was born in England, moving to the US at age 2. He attended welding school and worked in that field as fabricator/welder in high pressure vessels for 15 years. Sean then moved on to work 10 years as journeyman electrician in commercial and industrial settings. Along the way he became experienced in many different aspects of construction. Hired on with Ox Foundation Solutions in 2022, Sean is currently in Mobile serving as electrician, crew lead, and warehouse assistant. Sean married his wife Corinna just this year and is looking forward to a rewarding career with the company.

Meet Brent from Bessemer, AL. Brent was recently promoted to Production Manager for Ox Foundation Solutions after serving as foreman and with our production crew and since 2018.
