• Remove Cabinets and Sheetrock in the Kitchen area. Remove plumbing (Sink), Stove, and drop ceiling as needed for the water management system.
• Remove Sheetrock and Drop Ceiling in the finished room area.
• Remove flooring (Carpet and Vinyl in both rooms).
• Remove existing wallpaper in the kitchen area.
• Re-Install Kitchen Cabinets (with new Formica Tops), sink, stove, and refrigerator.
• Paint the entire kitchen area to match.
• Replace and patch all Sheetrock in the kitchen and finished room area as needed.
• Re-install drop ceiling in all 3 areas.
• Install new flooring in the room and kitchen area. (Price allows for an allowance of $3.50 a square ft for material).
• Clean up all areas upon completion. Sub-Contract work is to replace areas after installation of the water management system.
